Schuylkill Chamber Awards Rules

Voting Method and Requirements:

• All voting entries must have voters’ complete information, including name, email address, and any other required details, or the votes will not be counted.

Voting Limits:

• Each person may vote only once per category.

Voting Period:

• All votes must be received by midnight on October 6, 2025

Ballot Stuffing and Security Measures:

• If a business, nonprofit, or individual is caught “stuffing ballots” or circumventing security measures, votes will be flagged and removed by Voterfly.
• Voterfly uses automated software to detect and prevent fraudulent voting practices.

Disqualification and Conduct:

• The Schuylkill Chamber of Commerce Awards facilitators reserve the right to disqualify any business, nonprofit or individual that violates the competition rules or engages in inappropriate conduct, including but not limited to misuse of marketing materials and non-compliance with guidelines.

Permissions and Use of Likeness:

• By participating in the public vote portion of the Schuylkill Chamber of Commerce Awards you grant us permission to use your name, your business/nonprofit name, likeness, and image for marketing and promotional materials related to the competition.

Results and Announcements:

• All competition results are held privately by the Schuylkill Chamber of Commerce
• Winners will be announced on October 23, 2025 at the 2025 Schuylkill Chamber of Commerce Awards Gala at Mountain Valley Golf Course in Barnesville, PA.
• Public voting will be considered, it represents only a small portion of the overall scoring rubric, with the final score determined by an anonymous committee.

Purpose of the Competition:

• The goal of the Schuylkill Chamber Awards is to create awareness of the great nonprofits, businesses, businesspeople in Schuylkill County, PA. We aim to make the competition enjoyable for all participants.
